Mental Health Mentoring

When people are supported well, their confidence, wellbeing and productivity soar. D&A offers specialist mentoring that enables you to build strategies, not just for coping but for living fully, with a sense of wellbeing and positivity.

Our mentoring is practical and dynamic, equipping you with the skills and confidence to reach your goals. We aim to build a safe space to share thoughts and develop a ‘problem-solving’ relationship with you. We will work together to establish appropriate strategies, to support you with anything from managing stress to building confidence and self esteem. Ultimately, we aim to facilitate independence and positive wellbeing.

All of our mentors are highly trained mental health professionals and hold a relevant professional qualification in the field of mental health and membership of an appropriate professional body.

Support would typically be provided in a quiet, confidential space, either at work or elsewhere if preferred. A session would usually last one to two hours – but that depends on your preference and your allocation of support.
