Alice Dodds
Operational Manager, Training and Innovations
Pronouns: she/her
Alice is a creative writing graduate from UEA, and the Operational Manager for D&A’s Training and Innovations team. She has written and is in the process of publishing a novel that centers around disability representation, as well as the environment and climate change; two subjects she is adamant to get into mainstream literature.
Besides being passionate about disability advocacy, Alice is deeply obsessed with the works of Tolkien, and in her spare time writes articles about the lore and history of middle earth. So if you have any burning questions about why Frodo’s feet are so hairy, or why the eagles don’t fly the hobbits into Mordor, make sure to send her an email!
