Liz Wragg

Assistive Technology Trainer

Liz bring bags of enthusiasm to their sessions and a deep desire to enable learning. Liz is a synaesthetic (you say a word, and they see colour), which has given Liz an insight into learning differently. Wherever possible they use a multi-sensory approach to their sessions and resources.

Liz has found that tailoring sessions in a way which will allow a student’s own individual learning style to flourish will turn that learning style into their greatest strength; as a result, students feel more confident to learn independently. Liz is proud to be part of D&A, supporting young people in enjoying and maximising their learning with as little frustration as possible.

They are also a musician with very broad listening tastes, playing in bands and calling for ceilidhs, and have also recently discovered a love for beating copper!
